Carrie Underwood may look like a knockout in all those outfits she wears on the CMA Awards, but it takes a lot of discipline for her to keep that figure. Carrie has kept a food journal for years to keep track of everything she eats because she simply doesn't get that full feeling after a meal.
"I can eat a lot," Carrie tells Redbook. "Mike and I were in Italy for 10 days, and I put on eight pounds. So in real life, I have to make sure I’m not eating just to eat.”
Carrie also tells Redbook she insists on doing her own laundry for practical purposes.
She says, "I do not like people touching my underwear. That’s just weird! I travel with a washer and dryer."
